Our site collects information for requests and orders on special forms. Contact information from our forms (including your name, address, email address, payment information etc.) is used to process and deliver orders and mail information about our company to you, our customer. At no time will we share or sell any of your information with any other individual or company.

Any financial information you submit, such as credit card numbers and expiration dates, are used only to charge you for the products and services you are purchasing. Credit card information is not retained by us and is transmitted in an encrypted form at the time of purchase and later to the financial institution.

Our website has extensive security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information submitted to us. All orders are processed using SSL technology via a secure server. All customer contact information including your name and address is guarded with the utmost security and discretion, and credit card information is not retained by us.

What we do with your stored information
We automatically “pre-populate” our forms to save you time when you make subsequent visits to our website. We send you invitations to special events and special or new product offers either by mail or email. We quickly look up a transaction and print a new bill for you if a product proves to be defective (it happens to the best of us) and you no longer have your bill. We study trends and patterns so that we can serve you better.

What we do not do with your stored information
We do not disclose any information to outside third parties for marketing or other purposes.

What you can do
On our website, you can establish and manage your own lists and our system will keep track of what you purchased and for what person on your list. This information will be kept in our system for as long as you wish, or until a pre-determined amount of time has elapsed with no account activity. You can remove personal lists stored in our system at any time.

We use reputable outside service providers, including our web host, auditors and credit card clearance companies. We cannot be responsible for the practices of these third parties, but we endeavour to choose well and ask for confidentiality agreements whenever possible.

What you should look for
When entering any credit card information on the Internet, always try to make sure that the connection is secure. You can often tell that you are connected via a secure connection by checking to see if the address in your browser starts with, https instead of just http. Another way to verify a secure server is to check on the lower right-hand corner of your browser. You should see the icon of a small padlock.
