Shipping and Returns

Refund Policy:
Canadian Indian Art Inc. insures all shipments. In the event an item is damaged prior to or during the shipping process, a full refund will be issued upon return of the damaged item.

Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange your item, we are happy to accommodate as long as the item is in very good condition. Any return shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please indicate for which item would you like to exchange (including the model number, size, color etc). Price differences will be charged before new item is shipped.

Repair Service:
During the time you own a piece of art it is likely to be damaged by accident. If you wish, you may send it to us at your own cost and we will repair it for you. Please contact us via email with details of the damage before shipping or returning the item to ensure we will be able to accommodate you. Depending on the intensity of damage small fees may be charged, of which you will be notified before repairs are made.

Delivery Policy:
Many of our products are handmade. If an item is readily in-stock it will ship within three business days of your order. If the item is not readily in stock it will ship within 10 business days of your order. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. For shipments within the U.S., Indianica utilizes FedEx Ground® or Canada Post. Variations may apply if they are agreed on by all participating parties. For all other international shipments Indianica ships via Canada Post. No prior restrictions are made to the destination country. Correlating shipment charges are in operation and will be charged to you during the purchasing process. Taxes and duties in your country may apply upon delivery.
